Justin and Stacy
Hello! We are Justin and Stacy, and we’re incredibly grateful that you are taking the time to get to know us! We can't pretend to fully understand the depth of what you are going through right now, but your courage and selflessness inspire us greatly.
We’ve been married for 10 years and have always known that we wanted to be parents. We always hoped that adoption would be a part of our story, God laid it on our hearts long ago and we are so excited to grow our family this way. We struggled with infertility and pregnancy loss, so we have no living children, but we’ve never stopped praying for God to bless us! It’s been “just the two of us” for a decade, and we’ve had many wonderful experiences, but we have so much love to give and can’t wait to share it with children.
Justin is a Pastor at a local Lutheran church, he loves to read, watch movies and cook. He spent 6 years serving in the military before going back to school to study Biblical languages and divinity. He is so funny, thoughtful and loves playing board games.Stacy is a teacher, she loves music, theater and photography. She is loving, nurturing, patient and reads children’s books aloud like a pro! Together we love traveling, Zoo dates and spending time with our family. We have one 15 year old cat named Vinnie who loves naps and snuggle time.
We live in a sweet, safe little community in SE Michigan, and are surrounded by friends and family who are so supportive of our journey to parenthood. They are excited for us to expand our family, and look forward to the day when we are blessed to bring a little one home. Our house is settled on our church property, where there is land to run and play, and apple and cherry trees for the picking. We have more than enough space to expand our family, and are grateful to be able to offer a safe home to our future children.
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about our family, and for considering us as you make this difficult decision, more than anything we hope that you can see the love that fills our hearts, and how much of this love we want to give to a child. Please know you are in our prayers daily, and we are so grateful you chose life for your child. We are willing to consider an open adoption, but ultimately want to do whatever makes you most comfortable.
We would love the opportunity to meet you and answer any questions that you may have. If you’d like more information please contact our agency, Morning Star Adoption Center:
